Frequently Asked Questions

What does COR rating mean?

COR (Coefficient Of Restitution) is the measurement of the bounce of the ball. By utilizing a .52 cor rated core we have drastically reduced the reoccurring micro fracturing of the composite structure of today’s softball bats.

What does Compression mean?

Compression is the amount of force it takes to compress the ball a quarter of an inch, which is measured in pounds. In other words, it measures how hard the ball is. The higher the compression, the harder the ball, and typically, the farther distance it will travel when hit. The BP52 is 300 compression.

What about today’s bats?

Today’s bats are layers of composite fiber material, as they are used they get micro fractures that continue to grow until they connect, then the bat fails. The Evil BP52 causes the least amount of micro fracturing of any ball on the market.

How does the BP52 Softball work?

By utilizing a .52 cor rated core we have drastically reduced the reoccurring micro fracturing of the composite structure of today’s softball bats.

Blending .52 cor with 300 compression gives the user a game quality experience without damaging the integrity of your game bat.
